First Time Users Please Call to get your referral code!
New patientsU may open an account online (as long as their practitioner has created a referral code). Patients will enter their doctor’s referral code and the doctor’s last name. This is not case sensitive. If the information is correct, they will be prompted to enter the information to establish an account with Xymogen. They may also contact Customer Service to establish the account and register their account for online ordering for future orders. (see Fig 4-2, 4-3, and 4-4)
