After 13 years providing health care in a traditional community health center, we are very excited to be starting a new, innovative model for primary care. At CFM, our first priority is YOU! We value the patient- physician relationship, and your health and wellness. For years we have felt pressure to meet the demands of a busy practice, and have been as frustrated as you are in attempting to access care when you want it, with YOUR doctor.

Our model is based on providing health services unrestricted by the traditional limitations of insurance, formularies and fee schedules. In order to provide access and availability, we have limited our staff, obtained an electronic medical record, and opted not to accept ANY insurance payments for our services. We offer health care consultations in a concierge (physician retainer fee) model. I will try to manage health concerns with non-drug therapies wherever possible.
