We love to share information about ways that you can improve your overall health and well being.  It is our mission to help others and change lives-one life at a time!  We present you this information and hope that you will find a bit or two that you can apply to your own life.  HERE'S TO MAKING A DIFFERENCE...

We feel that it is an important part of what we do as alternative and functional medicine practicioners to provide you with this incredible piece of video from Fox News.  One of our friends and colleagues sent this video to us via FaceBook, Dr. Peter Osborne.  The medical community as well as the general public seem to be awakening to the idea that diet plays a much bigger role than we intially thought in the progression and aggrevation of chronic disease and its associated symptoms. Now you have a physician who will listen to you and who understands what you have been trying to say all this time.  Our office serves Georgia and its neighboring states while Dr.Osborne serves the areas closest to SugarLand, Texas.  Whatever location you choose, the message is clear-a simple blood test can reveal a lot about the way your body processes the information it is getting from the food YOU are eating!  Having this information gives you more power to take control of your health.

This is from one of our faithful listeners in Michigan.

Hi Our Natural Health,

Please give my thanks to your family doctor. I had gotten back into

my habit of having a cup of coffee (or three!) every morning, and had

been feeling really run down. I'm even getting a bit of a head cold

for the first time this year! There didn't seem to be a connection

between my feeling icky and new reacquired coffee habit, until she

explained the function of the adrenal glands in staying healthy. It

was a bit of a reminder why I kicked that habit in the first place!

Thanks again for all of your hard work. --

Thanks to your advice I was able to take a step back and think.  I realized that I have come too far with my life and all of the changes I have made to just let it all go to please everyone else. Thanks Natalie and Dr. Campbell for the words that kept me on the right track.  If I was in Georgia, i would come be a part of your office in a heartbeat. You guys are great and have a way of making people understand.  I hope you do many more broadcasts so that I can learn more.

I just heard your podcast on Lifestyle Changes (I love the program you offer called FLT, I have never heard of that before now).  My doctor told me that I needed to change my diet becuause I had high cholesterol and high blood pressure but he never gave me any inforamtion about how to do this. I was completely overwhelmed and felt abandoned.  After listening to you speak, I felt like I could make these changes and be confident in what I was doing.  I have only been at this for a few days but your words play over and over in my head and I wanted to thank you.

You guys have really set a new face to healthcare. I wish I could be part of your office but I live in Florida.  If I am ever in Georgia i will persoanlly stop by to thank you.  I will keep you updated on my progress and hope to surprise my doctor with my new lab results.
