 - This will be customers that have already registered their email address and have obtained a password. Sign in with the registered email address and password. (The email address and passwords can be update once signed in, under the Your Account tab at the top of the page). Email and passwords can also be reset by contacting Customer Service at (800) 647-6100. (see Fig 2)

 New patients may open an account online. Patients will enter their doctor’s referral code and the doctor’s last name. This is not case sensitive. If the information is correct, they will be prompted to enter the information to establish an account with Xymogen. They may also contact Customer Service to establish the account and register their account for online ordering for future orders. (see Fig 4-2, 4-3, and 4-4)
