Diagnosis and Management of Acute Medical Problems:
     Respiratory illnesses, Abdominal pain, Urinary tract infections,
      Vaginitis, Skin rashes, Poison Ivy, Back Pain, etc

Diagnosis and Management of Chronic Medical Problems:
     Menopause management including Bio-Identical HRT
     High blood pressure, Diabetes, Asthma, Depression
     Cardiovascular Disease including High Cholesterol treatments
     Prevention strategies against heart attack and stroke

Health Maintenance and Disease Prevention:
     Routine examinations, including pap smears
     Cancer screening including skin and prostate
     Review of diet, exercise and lifestyle habits
     The VAP Cholesterol Test

Geriatric care:
     Nutritional support
     Advance directive (living will) counseling
     Safety counseling
     End-of-life and hospice coordination
     Wellness advice to ensure maximum independence

On-site testing and procedures:
     EKG, Strep throat and flu testing
     Vaginal smears for yeast and bacterial infections
     Spirometry (lung function)
     Skin biopsy and Removal of Skin Tags
     Blood sugar readings
     Urinalysis
     Saliva kits to measure hormone levels at home

Injection Therapy
     Trigger point injections
     "Cortisone" injections for knee arthritis
     Antibiotic, steroids or vitamins when appropriate

Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy (similar to chiropractic adjustments)

In-patient care provided through hospitalist consultations.
