Financial Policy
Most of us are used to a system where we pay only part of our doctor visit (called a co-payment) and insurance pays their portion. We believe this system leads to inflated health care costs and lack of concern for the patient. We also believe that a lack of knowledge about the true costs of health care can lead to over- and under-utilization of services. Some health care charges are frankly unaffordable without being subsidized by insurance, however, we make every effort to provide quality and affordable healthcare to each and every patient.
My consultation fees will be affordable to most people and we have many choices when it comes to financing your membership plan. (See "Annual Membership" tab for more information) However, we will gladly help you use your insurance to pay for services received outside of our office such as lab work, X-rays, mammograms, stress tests, specialist consults, etc. Please let us know if this is an option you wish to utilize.
Our office does nor file claims or particiapte in any insurance plans.
Campbell Family Medicine currently accepts cash, personal check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card and payments from your Flex Spending or Cafeteria Savings Accounts.
